What’s presumed to be the largest recorded wave ever measured in Australia occurred off the coast of Tasmania.  How huge was it??  A massive 19.5meters!  (64ft for all you old timers that wont keep with the times! )

What a sight that would have been to see its rise & fall!  As an old surfer from days gone past, that wave would have brought tears to our eyes.
